Employment and operational checks

Clear records. Responsible operations.

Employment, document review and working-time checks are part of how FleetX organises rider operations in Germany. They support day-to-day decisions and make responsibilities easier to review.

Controls that follow the rider journey.

01

Employment

Riders follow an employment and onboarding process. Contract details and the role are explained before work begins.

02

Document review

Required identity, work eligibility and role-specific documents are reviewed through the rider workflow. Missing or expiring documents require follow-up.

03

Working-time checks

Scheduling considers contract limits, existing assignments and rest between working days. Operational records support review when circumstances change.

04

Operational eligibility

Document and lifecycle status inform whether a rider can be scheduled. Problems are reviewed before the rider returns to affected work.

05

Traceable activity

Document decisions, lifecycle changes and shift actions are recorded in the system to support operational review.

06

Scoped partner access

Access is defined by role and operating scope. Partner views are intended to show relevant operational information with personal data minimised.

Preparation is a process, not a checkbox.

Checks connect the application to ongoing operational follow-up.

  1. 01

Collect the information and documents required for the role.

  2. 02

Review documents and address missing information.

  3. 03

Complete training and contract preparation before activation.

  4. 04

Follow up on document changes, scheduling and operating records.

Contract categories in the scheduling system.

These are the current category settings used for planning. The signed contract determines individual terms; the category label alone does not replace a contract review.

Records with a practical purpose.

Agree which records are needed, who can access them and how review requests are handled.

  • Employment and onboarding status
  • Document-review decisions and validity information
  • Shift assignments and attendance records
  • Recorded changes and operational follow-up

Understanding the approach.

Does software replace a compliance review?

No. System checks support the operation. People remain responsible for reviewing documents, employment arrangements and exceptions.

Can partners see rider documents?

Access depends on the agreed role and scope. Personal documents are not made public, and partner access is limited to relevant information.

Can we discuss reporting requirements?

Yes. Tell us the records, period and operating scope you need to review. We will discuss the available reporting and access arrangements.
